WHY THIS MATTERS IN BRIEF

Many people see AI and automation as a threat to jobs, but change your perspective and it’s also a entrepreneurial opportunity.

Firstly, thank you to Holly and the amazing crew at Ingram Micro for asking me to be the keynote speaker for this year’s Ingram Micro ONE partner conference that was attended by over 50,000 people from all around the world where I showed how people will be able to harness today’s and tomorrow’s increasingly powerful exponential technologies to unleash their own human potential in previously unimaginable new ways to achieve even greater things and, as we teach at the XPotential University change the world. And if you’re getting de ja vu and think you’ve heard about this keynote before then you’d be right – I’ve already written about it, and what you can watch below is the long form version of that keynote that has even more futuristic content! It’s basically my “special edition” version.

Held annually the Ingram Micro ONE event is an opportunity for Ingram’s staff, customers, and partners to come together to “Imagine Next,” and see first-hand for themselves how technology is changing the world and helping them re-imagine their businesses and prospects. And even though this year the global pandemic, Covid-19, pushed the event online, it didn’t disappoint.

While the event is normally held in Colorado in the US the pandemic meant that all four days of it had to be re-envisioned and moved online – complete with fantastic virtual stages, breakout sessions and roundtables, and behind the scenes previews. All of which was a titanic feat.

During my keynote, which was held straight after Ingram’s CEO Alain Monié, I showed all the amazing ways emerging technologies, from Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Creative Machines to Digital Humans, will help us transform business, and unleash our own exponential human potential.
